Chetan!
Chetan is a young boy who delivers milk to us. We often cross paths and chat about guitars and his school. My mom frequently gets in touch with his family to get some manure for our terrace garden, and Chetan occasionally brings a large bag of dry cow dung for us.
I first met Chetan about eight years ago. He was riding a small TVS bike, the kind with a bicycle pedal to start it. His feet barely touched the ground, and I jokingly asked if he had a license. Back then, I would often give him chocolates and occasionally some money.
Now, Chetan is pursuing diploma in electronics. I met him today and we talked about soldering some wires for my guitars. It’s truly inspiring to see how far he has come in life.
