Chicken Steak and Gouda

I had lunch with Denzil today. We cooked chicken steaks and had them with rice and Rasam. I usually over cook it. Denzil showed me how he does it back “home” in the Netherlands! (Yes he called it his home) 

He only slow cooks in a pan for 8 to 10 minutes. The steaks were still juicy and not at all chewy and difficult to eat. It was also quite simple to prepare the marinade! The lunch was quite heavy, we both belted almost 1/2 kg chicken. 

 He also got me The Gouda from back “home”.
