75 hard!
Yesterday, I completed the 75 Hard challenge. The easy parts were the workouts and the most difficult part was eating tasteless food. Though my dietician included sugar and a little bit of oil, I mostly avoided them for 75 days.
This challenge was not a work-out challenge at all, it was to check mental toughness. I showed up every single day! I just had to prove to myself that I am reliable. There were times when it rained and I had to take a walk in the rain for an hour to meet my step goals.
I sometimes didn’t enjoy reading as much, my thoughts wandered. But I was only reading to form a habit. Now, I’m going to read some of those books again, taking notes etc. But, in the end, I read 5 non fiction books! My reward for this will be to read Mark Twain’s Tom Sawyer!
I worked out continuously for 75 days with no breaks, now I will need little recovery breaks between workouts.
I drank almost 4 liters of water everyday and stuck to my diet plan! I’ll try my best to continue this, with a few cheat meals.
I took a progress picture everyday. This I can live without!
Going forward, I want to bring in some music into the mix. I think I’m ready to release an album in 2025 with some music friends. Wish me luck! Fingers crossed!
