Guitar lessons with Ryan

Ryan is one of my best students. He’s 16 and already plays amazing finger style guitar. He always chooses the most difficult song to learn, and this puts me out of my comfort zone. We jammed all the songs learnt earlier. Fun!

Each song took me down the memory lane, but I kept myself at the present, playing each note with utmost care. Ryan was mind blown when I played Borsalino double the speed. Ofcourse I’m his teacher, have to inspire the guy! 

We also played the intro to Wish you were here by Pink Floyd. Also, I was bitten by the singing bug. I ended up singing in between classes. What a fulfilling day! 

I need 2 guitars! The huge 12 string one I played at Soundglitz and a 6 string hopefully a Taylor! I’m already picturing myself playing on them.

Leg > Bike

 I met with an accident today! To save my new bike I used my leg to cushion its fall! I have a crack on my middle toe bone! I had gone to Saptagiri hospital initially, the first doctor who operated on me was a student, he was learning to stitch on my leg. During the stitch, I insisted that a real doctor do this. Then the next guy there tried adjusting my bone back over the stitch without knowing that it’s stitched. I was in soo much pain.  Then we decided to go to Baptist hospital, I got admitted and got my surgery done. Atleast I saved my bike.

Snow!

I know it’s hot and humid, But why do I have cold feet?  Butterflies in my stomach,  I’m feeling all that again.  I know I’m in love.  She’s an artist,  Paints sceneries and teaches me the art too!  Organised, clarity in speech,  My “crush”  Then I noticed the ring,  There was perhaps a man in her life?  I secretly wished for someone, just like her.  Then it snowed, just on the inside, My heart felt heavy A song left my lips,  I prayed, I manifested!  Now I wait.
