No depression! No stress!
I’m not stressed or depressed after I started working out regularly. Earlier, I used to have phases of depression and stress! I never have such thoughts. Lifting weights and working out is the latest thing in my life! It’s been a month of this and slowly I’m seeing a good progress.
So when I see Sibeena depressed, I know there is no such thing as depression if you just workout and keep stress and depression at bay!
