How I like my eggs now!

I got some mango pickles and dried sugary and spicy amla from Orion last weekend, when I was there with Vridhi and Solomon. Vridhi introduced me to a Punjabi speciality, a big stuffed red chilli pickle and I wanted to try this. I bought 100 grams of it. I didn’t enjoy it much with rice kanji. 

I tried the pickle sandwiched between two slices of a whole egg. It was epic! It added the saltiness that the egg lacked and it wasn’t too spicy. I have this everyday! 2 eggs and a little stuffed red chili pickle.
