Push-up

 I’ve always wanted to be able to do push-ups, I realized I couldn’t do even one!  So I made a plan. Started with wall push-ups, I was almost vertical I did a 100 of those. After a few weeks of that,  I did 100, table high. I then found stairs and continued with it hip high. I have now reduced it to knee length, 50 push-ups, in sets of 15, 15, 10, 10. 

It’s still hard to do. It’s been a few months since I started. I’m so much closer to what I want!
